US actor Eric Dane has (as) suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a non-curable disease of the nervous system. : “I was diagnosed. I am grateful that I have my loving family by my side while we go through this next chapter.”
Dane, who plays the figure of Cal Jacob in “Euphoria”, also reveals that he will soon be returning to the set to continue filming the third season of the HBO hits series. “I am glad that I can continue working and look forward to returning to ‘Euphoria”s set next week,” he said. He also asked for privacy for himself and his family. Eric Dane has been married to actress Rebecca Gayheart since 2004. They have two children together, Billie, 15, and Georgia, 13.
Eric Dane started his career in the 1990s
The actor born in San Francisco started his career in the 1990s. In addition to “Euphoria”, Dane is also for his role of the surgeon Dr. Mark Sloan known, which he played for six seasons from 2006 to 2012 in the doctor series “Grey’s Anatomy”. He also played in numerous other TV and film projects, including “Charmed- Magical Witches”, “The Last Ship” or “X-Men: The Last Resistance”.
