Beyoncé and Jay-Z can breathe a sigh of relief: their names were removed from a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In connection with the severe allegations against US rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs (55), a plaintiff has revised his civil action and removed the names of Beyoncé (43) and Jay-Z (55). . Accordingly, he submitted a change in the lawsuit in Florida on Friday.
The plaintiff had originally claimed Joseph Manzaro that the couple had become witness to his alleged abuse by Combs and his environment in 2015 at a so-called “freak-off” party in Miami.
However, the lawyers of Jay-Z and Beyoncé presented evidence that should show that Jay-Z took part in an event at an event at New York University at the time and was then on vacation in Hawaii with Beyoncé.

In the first version of his lawsuit, Manzaro had stated that a former porn actress was put under drugs and brought to Combs’ house by an underground tunnel. However, the lawsuit against Sean Combs remains. Manzaro accuses him of having put him in drugs, humiliated and sexually abused. Other prominent names such as LeBron James (40) as well as Gloria (67) and Emilio Estefan (72) are also mentioned in the lawsuit. However, their lawyers deny any presence at the said event.
Process against Diddy starts in May
Sean Combs is currently faced with several civil law complaints about sexual misconduct and is also faced with a federal procedure that includes charges for human trade and organized crime. The start of the trial is scheduled for May 2025 in New York, whereby Combs does not guilty. The fallen music mogul is currently in custody.
