Jean Pütz: Moderator suffers the broken thigh neck

Jean Pütz (88) spent several days in the hospital due to a broken thigh neck. . In it he explains that he fell over a carpet in the bathroom: “Then fate caught me. I just fell on the nose. I had terrible pain when I was there, completely helpless.”

Pütz continues in the video that his grandmother died of a broken thigh in the 1980s because there was not the right therapy for her at the time. He himself came to the hospital and was “excellent” operated on by a specialist. With the subsequent treatment in the clinic, the German-Luxemburg science journalist was apparently less satisfied. He felt “incapacitated,” he says. He says, among other things, his own medication, which he occupies against high blood pressure, was replaced by others in the hospital.

Overall, he did not feel in good hands in the hospital: “If my friends and family hadn’t come – I would have been a very poor sow”. When Jean Pütz wanted to leave the hospital before Easter at his own request, there would also have been problems. He had been released rudely by hospital staff, he says. According to Pütz, he advised his fans to benefit professionally in the clinic, but advises his fans not to “get” and “incapacitate” in the hospital.

The 88-year-old, who became known through the program “Hobbythek”, adds to the video: “I involuntarily tested the new hospital law on my own body, my conclusion: medically excellent, humanly improvement. Extreme mass operation is expected to be prevented.”
