New task for Hans Sigl (55). The “Bergdoktor” star will moderate the Romy Awards this year. This was the most important Austrian film and television award since 1990. At the side of Hans Sigl, the actress Mirjam Weichselbraun (43) will lead through the gala. The award will take place on November 28, 2025.
After a short break last year, there should be a glamorous gala again in 2025. For the first time, the prices named after Romy Schneider (1938-1982) are not awarded in Vienna. Kitzbühel is the venue this year. The Romy makers work with the Kitzbühel Film Festival, which takes place in the Tyrolean Nobelskiort from November 25th to November 30th. This cooperation is also a novelty for the Romy.
