When will our society stop making mental illnesses in men taboo? Many men still only admit to “burnout” at best – and only rarely to depression.

Being burned out is OK. Burnout also sends a positive message: someone has exerted themselves and shown above-average commitment. But what happens when the stress becomes overwhelming? When tasks that were once easy to complete suddenly seem impossible? The feeling of hecticness and constant pressure can make you sick, and unresolved conflicts can lead to psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.
