When does our society stop taboo mental illnesses of men? At best, many men still confess a burnout – and rarely a depression.

Burned out is still okay. A burnout also sends out a positive message: someone has spent and committed themselves above average. But what if the stress becomes a real overwhelming? If tasks that once easily managed, suddenly appear insoluble? Then the feeling of hustle and bustle can make you sick, and psychological problems such as depression and fears can arise from unpleasant conflicts.
