The man from Salzburg landed in sunshine in front of 6,300 spectators at 233 and 231 meters, missing the Norwegian winner Halvor Egner Granerud by 9.1 points and five behind the second-placed Slovenian Timi Zajc. With Jan Hörl and Manuel Fettner in fifth and seventh place, two other ÖSV jumpers made it into the top ten.
As the fourth Austrian to make it into the final of the top 30, Philipp Aschenwald ended up in 25th place. Ulrich Wohlmentioned, Clemens Leitner and Maximilian Steiner missed the second round with ranks 34, 37 and 39.
Kraft had previously won the qualification again, just like on Friday. The world record holder had landed at 225.5 meters. The sick World Cup trio Michael Hayböck, Daniel Tschofenig and Clemens Aigner were also absent on Sunday.
