Carnivals 2023 in Brazil

Starting at 10 p.m. this Monday, the second day of shows by the elite of the professional samba schools will begin.
This is the first full-fledged carnival in two years in Brazil after the suspension of shows due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The schools Grande Rio, Académicos del Padre Miguel, Slgueiro and Unidos da Tijuca also passed through the Sambódromo. Meanwhile, outside the “temple” of the carnival, the streets of Rio were invaded by tens of thousands of people who danced and sang in the popular groups known as the “blocos”, which will celebrate again this Monday.
