The team is taking over the neighboring bunk where the Marktbrauerei used to be and will open “Joe’s Bar” there at the end of April. In the beer bar with a maritime touch, guests can choose between draft beers from Thor Bräu, various international and regional bottled beers and special Leberkäse from Gourmetfein. Cremants and champagne from “MeiGreisslerei” are also served here.

Part of the team from the former market brewery has survived with Vedran and Robert. The professional musicians will not only spoil the guests with culinary delights, but also musically with jam sessions of various genres. The bar will be open until evening and can be hired for smaller parties. Various tastings and events are also planned.

New series of events

A new series of events with the seminar farmers of the Chamber of Agriculture will start on March 18th at the Südbahnhofmarkt. At their stand, visitors can shake their own butter and enjoy a homemade sandwich with butter on the spot. Refined with fresh wild herbs such as wild garlic and the like, it provides spring-fresh energy. Brochures with many recipes to try out await cooking enthusiasts.

There are also innovations in the former bunk Göls. Part of booth 22 on Kantstrasse is free. The renovation work in the 38 square meter premises will begin in mid-March. Interested operators can apply until April 9th.
