The two factory teams W&H Sharks and W&H Tigers made it into the Nitro League: 220 teams competed for participation. W&H has long relied on team organization: flexible small teams that organize their tasks together and independently. This also applies to e-sports, the motivation is the same and in combination the perfect complement in the company. “With our investment in the dynamic e-sports market, which is becoming increasingly popular, especially among young people, we are creating a new link to Generation Z and Alpha. This should primarily inspire young, committed team players for W&H,” says Anita Thallinger , Marketing Director at W&H.
