Shortly before 9 p.m. yesterday, Monday evening, during controls in Neuhofen an der Krems, a 54-year-old from the Linz-Land district stopped his e-bike in a visibly intoxicated state on the bike path along the B139 from Kematen an der Krems towards Neuhofen directed. An alcohol test showed a value of 1.74 per mille.
A little later, a 21-person probationary license holder from the Linz-Land district drove through the Neuhofen area at a measured speed of 81 km/h. At around 9:15 p.m., another driver was checked who was driving through the local area at 78 km/h and was therefore stopped. In the case of the 54-year-old driver, the Alcohol Mat test showed a value of 1 per mille. All three handlebars are reported at the BH Linz-Land.
