Truck driver stopped on A2 after 59 hours without rest

According to the police, the 36-year-old confessed on Friday and stated that he had used a second driver card on the orders of his boss. The Slovakian was reported to the public prosecutor’s office and the district administration. A security deposit was collected.

The reports were made due to manipulation and numerous violations of driving and rest times. According to the broadcast, the police officers collected a security deposit during the check on Wednesday evening and prohibited the 36-year-old from continuing to drive until the statutory rest period was observed.
