The Austrian City Day is taking place in Bad Ischl this year
Around 1000 participants are expected at the City Day in Bad Ischl.

The 72nd Austrian City Day will take place this year from May 31st to June 2nd in Bad Ischl in Upper Austria. The motto: “Diversity of culture”. The Austrian Association of Cities with President Mayor Michael Ludwig and hostess Mayor Ines Schiller invite around 1,000 representatives from politics, administration, business and culture to Bad Ischl. The conference will be opened by Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen and Governor Thomas Stelzer.

At the opening there will be a political talk with Hubert von Goisern, Michael Ludwig, Ines Schiller, Municipal Association President Alfred Riedl, Governor Thomas Stelzer and a representative of the Austrian Federal Government.

After that, the 72nd Austrian City Day will be continued in four working groups. They deal with climate protection, the contemporary use of historical buildings, personnel management in times of a shortage of skilled workers and municipal crisis management.
