Like their male colleagues, the entrepreneurs from “Frau in der Wirtschaft” are increasingly confronted with questions about energy efficiency. For this reason, District Chairwoman Sybille Prähofer invited to an event at Entholzer Fenster und Türen. The Wels family business has been managed by Julia Speiser and her husband Sebastian Ganthaler since 2020.
In times of the Ukraine war, climate change and dwindling resources, energy efficiency is one of the most important issues in every company, regardless of the industry and size of the company. At the network meeting, Prähofer outlined the challenges: “We are experiencing rising prices and an unclear supply situation. The entrepreneurs are all in the same boat and want to set sail for the future in the right way.”
In order to be well informed, eww board spokesman Florian Niedersüß was invited to the most recent network meeting. In his lecture, he spoke about the measures companies should take now in order to become part of the energy transition.
Among the guests were prominent figures from politics and business, above all Federal Councilor Alexandra Platzer, City Councilor for Economic Affairs Martin Oberndorfer and Chamber of Commerce Chairman Franz Edlbauer.
