In the early hours of the morning, the man is said to have dragged a woman who was walking in Deutschfeistritz (Graz-Surroundings district) into a ditch and, under threat of violence, forced her to perform sexual acts. After extensive investigations, a 22-year-old was identified and arrested as a suspected perpetrator, the police said on Saturday.
The robbery took place around 1:35 a.m. Monday. The woman had just been on her way home from an event when the stranger spoke to her and subsequently forced her to perform sexual acts. The man confessed when he was questioned and is being reported on suspicion of rape.
