The 34-year-old man was stopped at 5:30 p.m. in Haid in the B139/Janshartweg intersection because of a traffic violation (crossing a restricted line) and checked by the police. Since there was a return decision against the man with an entry ban, the police officers consulted the journal service of the Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum (BFA). He sent an arrest order, after which the 34-year-old was arrested and taken to the Wels immigration police.
