Kevin Costner divorced after 18 years of marriage

“It is very unfortunate that circumstances beyond his control have resulted in Mr. Costner having to attend a dissolution proceeding,” said a rep for the actor (“Dances With Wolves,” ” Yellowstone”), “People” magazine and the “Los Angeles Times”.

“We ask that you respect his, Christine’s and their children’s privacy as they navigate this difficult time,” it said. The actor and the handbag designer married in 2004 and have two sons and a daughter together. Costner has four other children from previous relationships.
