The tower was opened in February 2014 and has been fully utilized since April 2023: A total of 31 companies – including mobile phone providers, banks, management consultancies and also a five-star hotel – have rented 75,000 square meters on 60 floors.

In 2017, the DC Tower, which was built according to designs by French architect Dominique Perrault and certified as a “Green Building” in accordance with the requirements of the European Union, was taken over by Deka Immobilien. The global real estate fund company offers a wide range of services for the different tenants.

Space for 6500 people

There are restaurants, a free parcel station and a cleaning shop. Mobility is also an issue: a fleet of electric cars can be reserved via an app, and e-scooters and e-bikes can be borrowed.

A bicycle workshop is also located in the tower, which offers space for around 6500 people when it is fully operational. The DC Lounge has provided a meeting place since November last year. It is available to all tenants free of charge, says David Friedl from CBRE, which has been responsible for property management since 2019.
