What happened? On the night of April 29, between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., a 19-year-old man from Salzburg and his friends passed a parked car. A drunk 22-year-old was sitting on the hood and had fallen asleep there on the way home. The three strangers – also heavily intoxicated – came up with the idea of pushing the sleeping man off the car.
The 22-year-old German was injured when he fell to the ground. He fought back and wanted to attack the 19-year-old. He forcibly held the injured man back by his upper arms and put him in a “lock box”. The attacker (19) from the St. Johann im Pongau district was reported.
The victim had stated that he had pretended to be unconscious. Then the attacker and his friends fled. The car had not belonged to either the victim or the attackers.
