Since the seven-year-old was no longer breathing, the lifeguard began resuscitation, after which the girl vomited a large amount of water and showed signs of life again, reported the Viennese professional rescue service.
The girl even regained consciousness by the time rescuers arrived. After stabilization and emergency medical care by several teams from the Vienna professional rescue service, the seven-year-old was taken to a Viennese clinic in a stable condition.
