In recent months, several women have made allegations against Lindemann. They described situations that they sometimes found frightening. The singer has always denied the allegations. Lindemann’s lawyers had already announced in June, after examining the files, “that so far there is no objective evidence that would support our client’s commission of the crime.”
The routine pattern was striking: during concerts, young women were often selected by a “casting director” from the band and asked if they wanted to come to the after-show party. They are said to have been asked to wear “sexy” clothes and not to take any men with them.
