Residential complex is completed

With the ceremonial handing over of the keys for the fifth building of the new residential complex in Florianistraße, an important residential construction project in Schwanenstadt was completed. The affordable apartments were built by a subsidiary of the non-profit building and housing cooperative “Wien-Süd” GmbH.

Thanks to large photovoltaic systems that generate 300,000 kilowatt hours per year, the buildings cover a third of their electricity needs themselves. To this end, an energy community was formed with the local electricity producer KWG.
