After the Bellevuepark, it is the fourth drinking fountain in the direct vicinity of fenced-off dog run zones. “The further expansion of drinking fountains was decided at the end of June with the action program for the climate change adaptation concept and will be continued next year,” says City Councilor Eva Schobesberger (Greens). This is a Nirosta column with a push-button dispenser and an additional drinking bowl for dogs on a paved surface .

In total, the city operates more than 80 drinking fountains. Most recently, the FPÖ called for this number to be increased to at least 100 by next summer.
