Angela Eichberger from Eitzingen wrote and published her first baking book around two years ago while she was suffering from cancer. “Because of my serious illness, I realized that you have to live your dreams before it’s too late,” said the Eitzinger, who realized her big dream.
After the successful publication, the farmer is now publishing her second baking book entitled “My sweet temptation in the Advent and Christmas season” with simple recipes. In the book you will find both traditional and newly conceived recipes for various Christmas bakeries. The positive feedback on her first book was “overwhelming and motivating”, which is why she decided to publish a second book.
The range of recipes extends from Kletzenbrot to juicy gingerbread and festive Christmas cakes to lucky charms that make the Advent and Christmas season even more atmospheric.
The baking book “My sweet seduction in the Advent and Christmas season” is available from Angela Eichberger (backbuch@gmx.at or 0650/7423173). The book is also available at the Eitzing municipal office and from several local suppliers for a price of 24 euros.
