The 26-year-old was working with his 58-year-old father clearing trees that had fallen from previous storms. The son attached several trees lying next to each other to a winch. A nearby tree may have turned and trapped the man’s leg. He called his father for help, who raised the winch, which freed the man. He had to be flown to hospital with the emergency medical helicopter “Christophorus 10” with serious injuries.
