At the same time, a 46-year-old from the Eferding district was driving his tractor on the L1217 in the same direction and turned left into the meadow in the town of Wögern, municipality of Stroheim. The moped driver collided with the rear of the tractor and was slightly injured. However, he strictly refused to call the emergency services and walked around 300 meters away from the scene of the accident. An alcohol test carried out on the moped driver was positive with a value of 1.96 per mille. The 46-year-old was then taken to the Wels Clinic.
