Official Kremlin sources denied the reports about an arms treaty and explained that it was a purely diplomatic meeting.
After the diplomatic meeting between President of Russia Vladimir Putinand his North Korean peer Kim Jong-unofficial Kremlin sources announced that the leaders They did not sign any arms treaty nor of any other nature, in the face of press speculation about the visit of the Asian leader.
