A year ago, restructuring proceedings were opened via Musterhauspark GmbH, based in Eugendorf. The company operates the three prefabricated house centers in Haid, Eugendorf and Graz. In December, a consortium of six prefabricated house manufacturers (Elk, Genböck Haus, Griffnerhaus, Hartl Haus, Vario-Haus and Wolf Haus) took over the company.

It is said that the situation has stabilized since then. And now there is a new managing director. Julia Mauberger (36) was appointed as the successor to interim managing director Christian Murhammer, who is also head of the prefabricated house association.
Mauberger and the owners announced this week that the organizational realignment of the model home park has now been completed. Mauberger previously worked as managing director of the Plusregion Köstendorf-Neumarkt-Straßwalchen and has experience in the areas of marketing, location development and vacant space management.
She should also bring this into her new job. The Pongau native, who lives in Neumarkt am Wallersee, is aware of the challenge given the sharp decline in the construction industry. “General inflation, high property prices and lending guidelines are of course not making it easy to build a house at the moment,” says Mauberger. The exhibitors in the model house park would score points with the direct comparison in one place, compact floor plans and a fixed price guarantee.
The restructuring plan of Musterhauspark GmbH with a 20 percent quota was approved in November. The end of the payment period is November 2024.
Mauberger was still on educational leave in 2022/23 and used the time to complete her academic training as a marketing manager at the Burgenland University of Applied Sciences and to travel through South America. (az)
