Shortly before midnight, officials in Enns became aware of a 34-year-old Turkish driver who was racing on the A1 towards Amstetten. The man was traveling at more than 200 km/h. An hour earlier, the police were able to stop a 20-year-old Romanian on the A1. The radar measuring device showed him 199 km/h.
Both men’s driver’s licenses were temporarily confiscated on the spot.
