With 352,708 outdoor swimming guests, Linz AG Bäder was ultimately able to record a very satisfactory year. After the cool and rainy start to the season in May, the exceptionally warm July, summery August and sunny September ensured that 2023 will go down in history as one of the best years to date. Compared to the previous season, a four percent better result was achieved, said pool director Roland Heß with satisfaction.
With a total of 102,234 bathers, July was the absolute front runner this year. The peak day of this year’s summer season was also in July. On Sunday, July 9th, 4,075 bathers refreshed themselves in the Parkbad, while on the same day there were 2,708 guests in the Hummelhofbad and 2,714 bathers in the Schörgenhub adventure oasis.
