The call option that was granted to KTM to acquire the majority in MV Agusta based on the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2025 is to be exercised in spring 2026, as Pierer Mobility announced on Tuesday evening.
KTM acquired a 25.1 percent stake in the Italian motorcycle manufacturer based in Varese (Italy) in November 2022 as part of a capital increase. In October 2023, KTM said it also took over the supply chain and purchasing from MV Agusta. In addition, MV Agusta’s product range will be sold through Pierer Mobility’s global sales network.
