Bankruptcy proceedings were opened today, Friday, at the regional court in Wels regarding the assets of Johann Schmid GmbH. This is what the creditor protectors AKV and KSV report. Schmid works in the temporary employment sector. Customers are primarily electrical companies, plumbers, carpenters and the industrial production sector. 30 employees and 18 creditors are affected.

According to the application, the debts amount to 1.05 million euros. This is offset by assets amounting to 232,000 euros. The crisis in the industrial sector is cited as the reason for the bankruptcy: the order situation is declining, which has had an impact on the company. Schmid GmbH has not yet been closed because some employees are still employed.
