According to police, the man died in the clinic in Innsbruck. A barrel filled with discarded spray cans ignited, causing the lid to be thrown off the barrel and hit the 57-year-old.
The 57-year-old had been busy unloading the barrel from a truck. The force of the explosion was so great that the lid – after hitting the man – broke through the tarpaulin of the heavy vehicle.
