600 euros fine every three months for unvaccinated people

As the courier reports online, the vaccination requirement includes three stitches: The first vaccination, a second vaccination no earlier than 14 and no later than 42 days after the first vaccination and a third vaccination, which must be carried out no earlier than 120 and no later than 270 days after the pre-vaccination.

According to the draft, the penalties for violations should be up to 600 euros. The amount of money is said to be due again every three months. The maximum fine per year is 3600 or 2400 euros per year, according to the ZiB. The Minister of Health can define groups of people by ordinance who have to pay a lower fine. Income and financial circumstances should be decisive for this.

The vaccination requirement applies from February 1, 2022. On February 15, 2022, all unvaccinated persons receive mail from the Minister of Health with the request to be vaccinated, from March 15 the first penalties will be sent by the district administrative authority. According to the report, the Ministry of Health has not confirmed the draft and plans to publish the final version of the law next week.
