A spokeswoman for the state police department told the APA that the results of the DNA test could be expected in the next few days. For tactical reasons, the police did not want to comment on whether identification documents were found along with the body parts. The police also did not comment on the question of what specific traces were found during the autopsy.
An angler fished the human remains out of the water in the Black Lake area on Saturday. The State Criminal Police Office took over the investigation and searched the area with divers from the Cobra special unit and the police dog unit. The Cobra officers then found additional body parts during the dives.
