Nine people from “Last Generation” sat on the road at the northern entrance to Kitzbühehl and briefly blocked the road on the B 161 in both directions, according to the police.
At 11 a.m. the activists sat down on the street unannounced and did not stick up, as they had done elsewhere. They were asked by the police to voluntarily vacate the street by 11:15 a.m., which they ignored. The group was then carried away on official orders, according to a police spokesman. The road was reopened to traffic at 11:27 a.m.
