On the night of January 20th there was a car fire in the Freistadt district. The fire broke out in the interior of a company vehicle and eventually extinguished itself when there was not enough oxygen in the closed interior. The interior of the vehicle was completely damaged.
No foul play
A fire expert from the Linz Fire Prevention Center was unable to find any evidence of third-party negligence at the scene of the fire. Likewise, no people were injured and there was never any danger to residents.
