The governors of the Dnipropetrovsk oblasts in the center and Kharkiv in the northeast of the country reported on the Telegram text message service that one person had been killed each. Injuries were reported in the capital Kiev.
According to the head of the regional investigative agency, Serhiy Bolvinov, a residential building in Kharkiv was partially destroyed. Kharkiv has already been subjected to massive Russian attacks in recent days. Ukraine’s second largest city is located around 30 kilometers from the border with Russia. The city has been the target of repeated attacks since the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine began in February 2022.
The Kiev city administration reported at least two people injured in Russian rocket attacks on Tuesday.
