Two 16-year-old British teenagers were sentenced this Friday by a Manchester court to life in prison for the murder of young transgender Brianna Gheywhich caused great commotion in the United Kingdom.

The Magistrate Amanda Yip called the murder “brutal and planned, sadistic by nature”when pronouncing his sentence against the teenagers, who were fifteen years old when the events occurred.
In his opinion, The judge concluded that Scarlett Jenkinson must serve a minimum of 22 years before his release is considered, while Eddie Ratcliffe will be in prison for at least 20 years.
