Collection increased 1.7% year-on-year in real terms

The tax collection increased 1.7% year-on-year in real terms during the month of January, once the inflationary effect was discounted, while total gross collection reached 57,662 million pesos, implying a variation of 6.9% in current pesos.

Likewise, the net collection (discounting the taxes devolution) was 50,255 million pesos, that is, an interannual variation in real terms of 0.8%.

In the last moving year, the total gross collection presented months with positive interannual variations and others with negative variations, resulting in a negative accumulated interannual variation of 1.2%.

VAT collection increased by 3.3%

The collection for the Value Added Tax (VAT) had a real variation of 3.3%, while that of the moving year registered a decrease of 1%. In January, 28,550 million pesos were collected, this being 49.5% of the total gross collection.

Regarding the Specific Internal Tax (Imesi), the real interannual variation was negative, 1.1%; while that of the moving year was also 3.1%. About 4,910 million pesos were collected through Imesi, 8.5% of the gross total.

What was collected by him Tax on Income from Economic Activities (IRAE) It reached 6,352 million pesos in January, being 11% of the total gross collection. The real variation in January was negative, by 7.5%, as was that of the moving year, by another 5%.

Finally, the collection for the Personal Income Tax (IRPF) It rose to 11,402 million pesos during the first month of the year, this is 19.8% of the gross total. In real terms, the variation was 5.8% year-on-year, and 1.6% for the rolling year.
