On Friday morning, the 47-year-old Hungarian apparently felt the need to ride his bike. At around 10 a.m. he was noticed by a police patrol from Mattighofen in the Pfaffstätt area. His bad luck: One of the officers already remembered the man from an encounter on Wednesday. He was caught cycling drunk twice. And the alcohol test in this third incident on Friday morning was also positive: the 47-year-old had 1.42 per mille in his blood. He was once again banned from continuing his journey.
