His bad luck: One of the officers already remembered the man from an encounter on Wednesday. He was caught cycling drunk twice. And the alcohol test in this third incident on Friday morning was also positive: the 47-year-old had 1.42 per mille in his blood. He was once again banned from continuing his journey.
