The search for the sixth member of the group in the Tête Blanche region on the border between Switzerland and Italy continued until Thursday, the Valais cantonal police said.

Unfortunately the search was unsuccessful. After consultation with the family, it has now been terminated. The deceased are 5 Valaisians from the same family: 3 brothers aged 21, 27 and 30, as well as a cousin aged 44 and an uncle aged 58. The missing woman was the girlfriend of one of the 3 brothers.
