The 17-year-old was noticed by police because he was driving dangerously and too fast. He was therefore stopped for a driver and vehicle check. It turned out that the license plate was advertised as stolen and was wanted.
The driver, who immediately stated that he did not have a driver’s license, also had clear symptoms of drug impairment. He refused both the voluntary rapid drug test and the clinical examination, but admitted to having consumed drugs. It is now displayed several times.
The vehicle had previously been reported stolen in Vienna in February. During the investigation it turned out that a Viennese woman had lent the rented vehicle to a friend from the Grieskirchen district, who in turn lent the car to the 17-year-old.
