A test ride on a motorcycle ended up in the hospital for a 45-year-old from Steyr: The man wanted to test the bike on Wednesday around lunchtime on the B139 in the municipality of Neuhofen an der Krems (Linz-Land district) when he took control of it lost.
As the police announced in the evening, the two-wheeler ended up on the shoulder and the handlebar fell. He sustained such serious injuries that he had to be treated by an emergency doctor and taken to the UKH in Linz. The exact circumstances of the accident were still unclear on Wednesday evening.
