Arnold Schwarzenegger had a pacemaker inserted in the USA on March 18th. In Austria he had the experience that people were reluctant to talk about health problems. In his podcast he breaks away from this and talks about a congenital heart valve defect that has required several operations in the past. Schwarzenegger explained that his heartbeat was monitored regularly. It recently became clear that a pacemaker would be the best way to stay fit for longer.
