When electronics specialist Technosert in Wartberg assembles circuit boards with microscopically small components at breathtaking speed, the highest level of precision is required. As a counterbalance to the highly specific production, the location has recently started offering works of art that are just as special as the high-tech assemblies. These are works that were created in the Lebenshilfe art workshop in Gmunden.
Last week, a delegation from the art workshop with director Petra Kodym, Sylvia Vorwagner and the artists Franz Krummholz, Andreas Krötzl and Sophie Beisskammer came to Wartberg for the official handover of the pictures. Managing director Hermann Schübl told the assembled guests, including Mayor Dietmar Stegfellner, how an invitation to the art workshop gave him a taste for it: “I was so impressed by the work that I thought it would be a welcome addition to our new one built office wing in Wartberg.” The result is a colorful and creative mix of works that not only have artistic but also social added value.
