Shopping centers are slowing down when it comes to expansion

Planned projects such as the Post City near Linz main train station or the conversion of the Pro-Kaufland shopping center in Urfahr are trendy: In the so-called “city districts” it is not just for shopping. They mainly consist of multi-story apartments and office buildings.
