Gym students play “Naked Madness”

The stage performance group “Classico” (upper school) of the BG/BRG Rohrbach shows the comedy classic “The Naked Madness” by Michael Frayn. The play is about a third-rate theater group that wants to stage a tabloid comedy (“Naked Facts”). Small and large catastrophes are shown that occur in front of and behind the stage during the dress rehearsal and during the performances. This classic is played in the ballroom of the BG/BRG Rohrbach. The premiere will take place on May 25th at 8 p.m.: There is chaos and confusion at the dress rehearsal of “Naked Facts”. Nothing goes as planned: performances are missed, lines are forgotten, contact lenses are lost, and the props are constantly in the wrong places. The play “Naked Facts” is played in every act of “The Naked Madness”, with the dress rehearsal being shown in the first act, in which the stage can be seen from the front. In the second act, the events take place behind the scenes, where the actors’ private problems, vanities and affairs turn the play into a farce. In the third act, when the troupe has been on tour for a long time, the chaos continues to increase. The mishaps pile up and the play ends in total chaos.
