The pre-candidate of Colorado Guzmán Acosta y Lara Party will announce this afternoon his decline to participate in the party’s internal elections in June, as confirmed to Ámbito by sources close to the former national director of Telecommunications. Instead, he will join the campaign Gabriel Gurmendez.
This is the second casualty in the internal red party that, little by little, accommodates what, equally, continues to be a large dispute. Now, and after the deputy Gustavo Zubia will align with the pre-candidacy of Andrés Ojeda, Acosta y Lara will support Gurméndez in the race to head the presidential ticket of the Colorado Party.
The news will be officially announced this afternoon in a Press conference convened at 4 p.m. in the Stellaris Room of the Palladium Hotel. In the decision there would be a programmatic agreement for the former national director of Telecommunications to support the pre-candidacy of the former president of Antel.
The end of the road for a controversial candidate
